• The Standard specification in max Insertion Loss (IL) for both singelmode and multimode

are 0.25dB with Min 55dB Return Loss (RL) for singlemdoe UPC and 65dB for APC. Upon

requirement such as for some telecom applications, the max IL can be as low as 0.10dB

• The standard IEC dust and moist requirement should be within 10% while our standard is

limited in 5% which is especially important for telecom application

• All of Fiberconn assemblies use U.S. made 353ND epoxy to ensure reliability and

durability over time and change in temperature

• 100% of Fiberconn's patchcords would be tested before shipment. Many manufacturers

would not test pigtails but we would make them as patchcords so as to test them and then

cut them into pigtails

• All of Fiberconn's patchcords would be tested under 200X as well as 400X microscope to

make sure there is not scratches on the ferrule end

• Upon request, we can manage 100% tested and passed in Telcordia GR-326-CORE

• We have a special design crimping machine, upon request, we can manage 7KG or even 10KG pulling resistance

• Fiberconn can offer Low Loss Random Mating Grade requirement which is especially

essential in the latest 5G telecom network and it shows our production capability
